This is a functional role in an Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10 environment. The position involves supporting the business and being the bridge between the business and the technical teams. The job responsibilities include the following:
1. Develop an understanding of the business processes.
2. Interact with the functional users to gain an understanding of the needs from the business.
3. Create the user requirements and functional design documents.
4. Create the unit / integration test plans and scenarios.
5. Conduct acceptance testing.
6. Application setups for applicable Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10 modules.
7. Ensure documentation effectively meets the needs of the business and technical team.

1) The applicant should be familiar with application setups necessary for forms, reports, workflows, etc. Knowledge of flex fields, value sets, lookups, concurrent processing, etc is essential as well.
2) The applicant should be comfortable discussing setups and functionality relating to the listed modules.
a) Primary – Shipping, Warehouse Management, Mobile Supply Chain.
b) Secondary –Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Plant Maintenance, QA, Oracle Process Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management.
4. Knowledge of the Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) is required.
Industry Experience Required
1. 9 - 10 years out of which a minimum of 7 years in an Oracle Applications 11i environment.
2. Candidates with Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience will be preferred.

Environment includes R/3, MI/MAM, BW, PI and Solution Manager. Position also supports a few Non-SAP Oracle databases.
Specific Accountabilities:
Day-to-day SAP Basis administration activities.
Day-to-day Non-SAP Oracle support.
Support all project work (upgrades, new functionality, support packs)
System monitoring, transport management, system builds, system refreshes, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting and analysis.
SAP system performance and capacity planning
Qualifications:
4 year Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3-5 yrs of SAP Basis exp. (7-9 yrs Overall IT), specifically Basis 4.7, NW2004 or higher, on UNIX/Linux platforms
Oracle 9 or higher DBA experience
Excellent communication and customer services skills
High self-motivation to meet personal, company and department goals
SAP Java experience
SAP Solution Manager 4.0 strongly preferred
SAP DB2 or Oracle strongly preferred
Some off hour support may be required as needed (24x7 operation), shift requirements: 1st shift
