Systems Administrator

Detail below: Maximo Administrator working with IBM's Maximo V6 Asset Management application software. Responsible for Maximo application component migrations and change control processes, Maximo data migrations/management, system configuration, security, and support of other work management/asset management application software. Requires in-depth knowledge of Maximo application architecture and and tools. Primary responsibilities includes: * Develop and manage procedures and scripts associated with Maximo Administrative tasks. * Migration of Maximo application components (Workflow, Screens, DB Configs, etc..) between application environments. Experience with ChangemanDS a plus. * Management of data migration, data refreshes, and data loading processes. Usage of MDL, MEA, and SQL scripts. * Administration of Maximo Security groups and users. Understanding of Activity Directory and Federated Services are desired additional qualifications. * IT operational knowledge of infrastructure compoents such as AIX, Websphere, Oracle, etc.. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Procedural oriented focus for work performed.

Job Description: (No third parties, please) (No H1s, please) Large Charlotte corporation is seeking a systems programmer to with 3-5 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting WebSphere application server - 3 years experience with IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for WebSphere (ITCAM/WAS) and Response Time Tracking (ITCAM/RTT). Experience should include realtime monitoring and troubleshooting as well as trending and capacity planning. Strong interpersonal skills. Will interact with peer on Web Infrastructure team and with application support teams. Strong communication skills both oral and written. Need the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audience. Strong team player. Need to be able to execute a high quality and quanity of work in a team environment. On-call (24x7) rotation with other members of team. Aproximately once every 8 weeks.
